1408 Justin to be featured on the 2019 Cool House Tour

This modest 550 s.f. apartment on top of a shipping container provided much needed space to an existing homeowner and their family.  Covered parking was a bonus along with 160 s.f. of shipping container storage and workshop.  The container is used as structural support along with a steel frame for the apartment above.  A raw steel stair echos the vertical lines of the container.  The space is filled with daylight, and natural ventilation.

Come check out the tour this June 9th, 2019, 10am to 6pm.
