April 2010 Architecture at the Umlauf Sculpture Garden & Museum. A Monthly Lecture Series. Contradiction, Stories & A Poem, Travis Young, AIA

The Shoal Creek Residence will be featured in the 2008 Cool House Tour, June 22nd. This home achieved 200 pts. and a 5 star rating with The Austin Energy Green Building Program.

The Carnochan Residence at Agave was featured, along with an interview with Mr. Young, in the premiere edition of Odic Force Magazine, March, 2008

The Orchid Greenhouse was featured in 2007, March/April issue of Texas Home and Garden Magazine.

Mr. Young was interviewed as a green building professional, in the 2007 Fall issue of LUXE magazine, in the "Stylemakers" section.

The Justin Duplex will be featured in a new publication by Random House on Green Building, to be released in the Fall of 2008

2007 - HBA meeting
Mr. Young was asked to be a presenter to the Local Home Builders Association, to discuss the latest trends and issues related to Green Building in Austin.

5411 Woodrow was published in May 2006 Buildernews Magazine as the cover project.

4905 Woodrow was published in August 2006 Tribeza, in Schematic.

The Orchid Greenhouse was published in April 2007 issue of Texas Home and Living magazine.

2006 - AIA/CIC BIM conference Mr. Young was a presenter during the Construction Industry Council's conference on Building Information Modeling. Mr. Young described the use of Archicad within a small residential firm, and included a 30 minute presentation as well as sitting on a question and answer panel.

2005 - Preservation Dallas Presentation
Mr. Young was asked to make a 30 minute presentation covering his current work in Austin, and modernism in general today, as part of their annual public homes tour, which this year focused on mid-century modern.

Featured in March 2005 Tribeza Magazine #44, the visual arts, our work was featured in the Schematic section, "Urban Mavericks: Metrohouse" for the project at 5411 Woodrow.

Featured in Builder/Architect Magazine, Greater Austin Edition, Vol. 10, No. 7, August 2003. Cover story, "Former School Chums Excel as Home Builder Team", mentions our work with Sendero Homes and pictures the Cedar Street Residence.

Featured in the Austin American Statesman, Thursday Sept. 25th, 2003 – Life & Arts, Section E Our AIA Homes Tour project at 1804 collier was highlighted with three other projects in and article by Jeanne Claire van Ryzin, "Up for the Urban Challenge".
